The sweater runs extremely small. I own almost all my tops from Spiral, and the sizing was always fine. I deliberately bought this one a size larger, yet I can't even get my head through the opening. And then you try to figure out how to return it... you can only request a return label if you live in the UK... email or fill out a form? I've done that three times already but never got a response... and the return window is running out!!!!!

Noted previous comments to order larger size than normal so ordered the Large (14/16). Couldn’t barely get my head thru the neck hole and same with the arms. The size of this garment (large) is more suited to a size 8/10 or smaller if you need it loose fitting. Disappointed and returned item.
