Enjoy a flat rate on our delivery, which means our postage are always the same, no matter the number of items you order
Although we try to keep our postage prices to the lowest for our customers, please note that all prices stated are subject to unannounced changes at our complete discretion.
Because we offer such a wide range of products, some items are stocked in different locations. This means that if your order contains items coming from more than one warehouse, they may need to be shipped separately, and in some cases, separate delivery charges will apply to cover the additional handling and transport costs.
The good news is that all delivery charges are completely FREE on orders over $75, even if your items are dispatched from multiple locations.
We use USPS, Fedex and UPS for our postal services, but please note that we can temporarily or permanently change it to another courier company at our discretion.
To improve our customer, experience, courier companies may send instant email updates and / or text updates about your parcel. Please contact us if you need more information.
This is the customer's responsibility to provide us a correct address for delivery. it A also the customer's responsibility to clear any possible customs charges for any order outside the EU.
You must select the correct shipping/delivery country when prompted to in our checkout section. if you have entered an incorrect country by mistake and have received a cheaper shipping rate, we will need to get in contact to re-evaluate the shipping costs and total value of the order.

Be aware that delays can occur with your countries Customs and Excise and these delays are outside our control. We cannot be held responsible for postage delays or items lost or damaged once dispatched.
