I love this bag. First of all I love wolves so the design was what attracted me. I prefer a faux leather rather than one made from an animal! I needed a large bag and the price was great. It is strong, will hold up, and holds lots of stuff. I am so happy with my order. Thank you Spiral.

Really like the detail on the reaper so when he carries it, he could see the reaper on the back of it which he really likes great little backpack for his driving on his motorcycle for his extra gear

The backpack is really good, nice & durable with plenty of space. However, what used to be good customer service seems to have fallen by the wayside. I originally ordered this from the sales, not realising that Spiral now use amazon & not royal mail to deliver. Delivery address was closed over the delivery estimate but R.M. would've held it at their depot. Amazon however said they had returned the item to Spiral. I emailed Spiral twice with no response & tried calling multiple times but phone just rang then hung up. I've checked my bank statements to see if a refund for the 1st item was issued, sadly not the case. So now instead of costing me £30 in the sale, this item has cost me £60. If a refund were to be issued I would make this 5 stars. Its possible amazon may not have returned it but it still leaves me out of pocket. Very disappointed as I love the Spiral brand & their products, its just a shame the customer service seems to be lacking. I would have preferred to speak to someone than leave a negative review as I have had no issues in the past.
