Ordered t-shirt in wrong size (S). Realised quickly and emailed requesting the order be amended to size XL. However the t-shirt size S arrived on 9th August. It seemed good enough quality and print was clear enough but wrong size as expected. I returned it on 10th August requesting it be exchanged for a size XL. I have emailed almost daily since then, requesting either an exchange or a refund, with no response at all. I would prefer an exchange as my husband is a huge Queen fan and this t-shirt, which he was actually wearing when we met 31 years ago was meant to be for his birthday (last Sunday!) Never used this site before so disappointing all round.
